Current Projects

My family and I have been living in the house below for a little over four years. Since we moved in, there has been an enormous amount of changes done, you can check out our home projects link or click here to see some of them. My wife and I now are experiencing just how tough it is getting into a newer, larger home for our growing family because of the booming realestate market. We decided that it makes sense to stay in this house for a while and finish all of our home improvement projects. My wife would like to have a larger master bedroom/bathroom along with an office so this project is in the planning stages. Looking at the front of our house, the front door is in an awkward location, we realized that adding an entryway makes the house look more complete and hides the weird front door position. Below is our first project, a very nice home that needs a little exterior help so the outside looks as good as the inside. This little gem is located on the northwest side of Phoenix. Looking around their neighborhood we saw many homes that got a nice stucco treatment along with popouts to modernize the look of homes. We wanted to do the same plus adding more serious changes. Now that my design is close to completion, they now have a more refined home that fits their neighborhood perfectly. I also was able to give them a larger entryway and living room that they only dreamed about having.
