For a few years I was living in this townhouse park that I thought needed so small remodeling touchups. The townhouse you see here is the same throughout the park. I met with the management company, we both liked the new changes.
A client of mine came to me to see if it would be possible to draw his existing back yard. Then he wanted to see some different changes done to the yard, as you can see he saw his new yard and currently is going into the final construction stages.
This is an office building I drew for an Architect here in Phoenix. I drew it in his image and then could implement the necessary changes at will. This design is what worked best for his needs and his client's needs. We were able to experiment with ideas of the owner.
I drew this interior design to display what a friend's house addition could look like inside. Communication with the owner and the interior designer is crucial for proper design characteristics. The ability to change anything in the drawing makes everyone's job easier.
The city of Cottonwood wanted a new post office so I helped them visualize it in 3D. Using this kind of drawing, they could see all sides of the building for design and zoning purposes. The inside of this building could be drawn for design and even an interior walk-thru animation.
This is a maintenance/service facility for the city of Avondale. This drawing was especially helpful to them because of the complexity and traffic that the facility would be receiving on a day to day basis. I designed it to be easy for the truckers to maneuver in and out of the building.
This is the living room of my mother's new house. She wanted to see what the room would look like with ceiling beams and different colors of carpet too. We shuffled this room for about a week until everything was to her liking. Now she knows exactly what she wants in that room.
A company in the Tempe area hired me to draw this building for them. This building was drawn from a series of sketches and meetings with the designers. Drawings like this can give you a feel for the finished product as well as parking, landscape and wall texture designs.
I was talking with a friend about the idea he had for construction of a restaurant in the Scottsdale area and this is what I had in mind. He liked this design so much he hired an Architect to draw working plans for building. Because of this 3D drawing showing the design characteristics that suited him it was very easy to have plans drawn for construction.
I was wanting to try a few building ideas so I started drawing this dream house on the coast of California. I saw a picture of a house like this and I changed it to fit me. Drawing in 3D allows me to experiment with ease.
This is the backyard of my mother's new house in Chino Valley, Az. She hired me to draw up her yard in raw form first so she can make necessary changes to her liking. A 3D drawing is an economical way of seeing changes before breaking ground.
